Lauren Clarke

Lauren is an Auctions Department Assistant working across the Residential, Conveyancing and Auction Department. Having begun her legal career in 2013 as an office junior at Black Norman Solicitors, she progressed to become a Litigation Paralegal before gaining further experience at other firms. She later returned to Black Norman Solicitors to pursue conveyancing, bringing with her a strong foundation and a genuine enthusiasm for her current role within the auction team.

Now just over a year into her return to the firm, Lauren supports clients through the fast-paced auction process with reliability, positivity and a proactive approach.

Career Journey

Lauren’s legal career began at Black Norman Solicitors in 2013. After broadening her experience at other firms, she made the decision to return to Black Norman Solicitors to focus on conveyancing and auction work — an area she finds both dynamic and rewarding.

Her journey reflects both loyalty to the firm and a commitment to developing her skills across different areas of legal practice.

Specialist Areas

Lauren’s primary focus is within the Auction Department, supporting matters connected to residential property transactions and conveyancing. Working in a fast-moving environment, she plays an important role in ensuring transactions progress smoothly and efficiently for clients.

Team Role

Lauren works closely with Mark and Daniel and is part of a collaborative team alongside Jessica, Lisa, Rachel, Joe and Ben. Supervised by Mark and Daniel, she contributes to delivering a responsive and coordinated service to auction clients.

Her dependable nature and positive mindset make her a valued member of the department, both for colleagues and for the clients she assists.

What Lauren Loves Most About Black Norman Solicitors

Lauren enjoys working with her colleagues in the Auction Department, who consistently strive to provide the highest level of service to clients. She values the supportive team culture and the shared commitment to delivering excellent results.

Outside the Office

Away from work, Lauren can often be found at the gym, spending time with her sisters and her dog, Elvis, or planning her next holiday. Coming from a big family with five sisters, life is never quiet – and there is always a new story to tell.
