Jemma is the Accounts Manager at Black Norman Solicitors, bringing 20 years of experience in the legal accounts sector. She joined the firm in 2025 and plays a key role in ensuring the smooth and compliant running of the firm’s financial operations.
With a strong background in legal finance, Jemma oversees the day-to-day management of client and office accounts, supporting colleagues across the firm and helping maintain the highest professional standards.
Before joining Black Norman Solicitors, Jemma worked for a local firm in Cornwall, where she developed extensive experience in legal accounts and financial management.
Since relocating and joining Black Norman Solicitors, she has quickly become an integral part of the team, applying her organisation and attention to detail to ensure accuracy and efficiency across all accounting processes.

Away from work, Jemma enjoys going for walks with her partner and her Golden Retriever, Teddy, spending time with her family (especially her four nephews), and gardening and growing her own vegetables.
