Having been part of Black Norman Solicitors for five years, Carol is a trusted and experienced member of the Residential Property Department, supporting clients through each stage of their property journey. She brings extensive knowledge and a practical, client-focused approach to every transaction.
Carol is Level 6 CILEX qualified and has spent more than two decades dealing with residential property matters. Throughout her career, she has built significant expertise in managing transactions efficiently while maintaining clear and consistent communication with clients.
Her long-standing experience enables her to anticipate potential issues and guide clients smoothly through what can often be a complex and fast-moving process.

Carol’s motto is “work hard, play hard”. Away from the office, she enjoys spending time with her husband, two teenage sons and wider family. She loves cooking and entertaining, enjoys music and the occasional glass of fizz, and keeps fit by walking.
Her ambition is to own a classic VW campervan and travel around the UK.
