The Directors would like to welcome Jason Bannister as the latest Director to join the management team. Jason qualified as a solicitor in 2006 and joined Black Norman in 2018 after spending 10 years as a Commercial Property and Corporate Solicitor with a major High Street practice in Huddersfield and Halifax and a further 2 years at a top 20 law firm in Manchester.
Jason was made a Director of the Firm in 2021 and brings a wealth of experience in all areas of Commercial Real Estate including Sales and Purchase, Finance, Landlord & Tenant, Development and Non-contentious Construction. Jason is also experienced in Corporate work, including Mergers and Acquisitions and Shareholders & Partnership Agreements.
