
Stuart is a Solicitor specialising in commercial conveyancing and real estate matters. Qualified in 2008, he brings extensive experience advising on complex commercial property transactions, acting for a diverse client base ranging from SMEs and PLCs to property investment companies and institutional lenders.
Approaching 10 years at Black Norman Solicitors in April 2026, Stuart is a key member of the Commercial Property team, combining technical expertise with a commercially focused and pragmatic approach.
Stuart qualified as a Solicitor in 2008 and has since developed significant expertise as a Real Estate lawyer. Over the course of his career, he has advised on a broad spectrum of commercial property matters, including landlord and tenant work, acquisitions and disposals, and secured lending transactions.
He has acted for SMEs, PLCs, property investment and estate management companies, retail, office and industrial tenants, as well as a number of institutional lenders – providing commercially astute advice tailored to each client’s objectives.
