
Daniel is a Director at Black Norman Solicitors, specialising in residential conveyancing and auction sales. With almost 10 years’ experience handling residential property matters, he now predominantly focuses on auction transactions, co-heading the firm’s Auction Department.
Known for his calm and practical approach, Daniel supports clients through what can often be a stressful time, ensuring transactions are handled efficiently and with clear communication throughout.
Daniel joined Black Norman Solicitors in November 2011 on a Business Apprenticeship with the Liverpool Chamber of Commerce. After successfully completing his apprenticeship, he was retained as a Paralegal and is now training and studying for his CILEX qualification.
Over the years, Daniel has built extensive experience in residential property work and has gone on to lead the firm’s Auction Department alongside Mark Gilbertson. His progression within the firm reflects both his dedication and long-standing commitment to Black Norman Solicitors.

Daniel co-heads the Auction Department with Mark Gilbertson, working closely with Jessica, Lauren, Lisa, Rachel, Joe and Ben. His leadership supports a coordinated team effort, delivering a streamlined and responsive service to auction clients.
Daniel most enjoys helping clients during what can be a very stressful time. He values being able to guide people through important property transactions with reassurance and practical support.
Away from work, Daniel holds a season ticket for Everton FC and enjoys long walks with his Cocker Spaniel, Connie.
